Thuy Vo

Thuy Vo is chief counsel, Corporate, Securities, and M&A, and assistant secretary for ADM. In this role, she oversees corporate and securities matters for the company and handles mergers and acquisitions for ADM worldwide.

Prior to joining ADM in 2013, Vo practiced business law with a global law firm, served in legal and finance leadership roles with a Fortune 200 company and was a business law professor.

Vo is an elected member of the American Law Institute and she serves on the executive committee of the Northwestern Business and Securities Law Institute. She served on the legal advisory board of World Business Chicago, the chief legal officer speaking faculty of the Argyle Executive Forum and the executive council of the Minnesota State Bar Association Business Law Section. Vo was a founding faculty director of the Center for Law and Business at the law school now known as Mitchell Hamline School of Law and she was named as a Corporate Counsel 100 United States Rising Star by The Legal 500.

Vo received her B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Minnesota and her J.D. from Harvard Law School.
