ADM Directors Declare Cash Dividend

The Board of Directors of Archer Daniels Midland Company today declared a cash dividend of 11.5 cents per share on the Company’s stock payable June 7, 2007 to Shareholders of record May 17, 2007.

This is ADM’s 302nd consecutive quarterly payment, a record of 75 years of uninterrupted dividends. As of March 31, 2007 there were 642,841,232 shares of ADM stock outstanding.
