No matter where you are located, you can contact Compliance online and anonymously type in your question or concern. You will be able to select your preferred language, submit a report or follow up on an existing report.

The ADMWay Helpline was set up to allow a safe and confidential way to get information and report violations. Now, you can dial directly to an operator who speaks your language, making it easier than ever to confidentially do the right thing.

Whistleblower Policies

In accordance with applicable local laws, ADM maintains country-specific whistleblower policies that supplement the ADM Code of Conduct and ADM Way Helpline. These policies describe the available internal reporting channels, protections against retaliation, and procedures for handling reports. They are intended to ensure compliance with local legal requirements while reinforcing ADM’s commitment to integrity, ethical conduct, and speaking up without fear of retaliation.
